Payment & Refund Policy

Scheduling a surgical procedure requires the coordination of various resources to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience. To secure your procedure, Velvet Plastic Surgery requires a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500, which must be paid at the time of scheduling. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including medical clearance issues.

The deposit is valid for one (1) year. If your procedure is not scheduled within this timeframe, additional charges may apply, and pricing may be subject to change.

Payment Terms

The quoted cost of your procedure (“Amount Due”) includes:

    • Pre-operative and post-operative visits.

    • The agreed-upon surgical procedure(s).

Not included: Blood work, medical clearance, mammograms, CXRs, prescriptions, or any ancillary medical services, which are the patient’s responsibility.

The full payment must be completed before the scheduled procedure date. Failure to pay the full amount by the deadline may result in cancellation. If another individual makes a payment on your behalf, they must also sign the financial agreement.

Results are not guaranteed. Payment covers medical services provided, not specific outcomes. Dissatisfaction with results does not entitle you to a refund. Payment disputes must be mediated before seeking a chargeback from a third party.

Revision Surgery

    • Within one (1) year: You will be responsible for operating room fees, supplies, anesthesia, surgeon fees, and additional costs.

    • After one (1) year: Full payment for any revisions will be required, subject to updated pricing.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your procedure, the following refund terms apply:

(a) 30+ Days Notice:

    • Refund of the Amount Due minus the $500 deposit.

(b) 15-29 Days Notice:

    • Refund of 50% of the Amount Due minus the $500 deposit.

    • If a preoperative visit was completed, an additional $500 cancellation fee will be deducted.

    • Additional deductions may apply for third-party costs (e.g., implants).

(c) 0-14 Days Notice:

    • No refund will be issued.

Rescheduling: If you choose to reschedule, a $1,000 rescheduling fee will be applied. Any cancellation of a rescheduled procedure will result in an additional $1,000 cancellation fee.

Refunds & Claims

To request a refund, contact our Accounting Department at accounting@velvetplasticsurgery.com. Refunds are typically processed within 21 business days. Chargebacks will not be tolerated, and disputes must be resolved directly with our office.
